Protecting our Safety
- Voted for more than 60 new sheriff detectives and deputies to protect us
- Supported more money for drug treatment and youth programs to prevent crime
Senior and Family Programs
- Supported the West Side Neighborhood Center and Youth Resource Center
Cleaning up our Lakes
- Expanded lake clean up funding by $4 million
- Sponsored a ban on spreading manure on frozen ground.
Making our Roads Safer
- Secured funding to upgrade and improve University Avenue.
- Jumpstarted the University Avenue sidewalks with $50,000 funding
Promoting Better Planning
- Co-sponsored the Dane County Comprehensive Plan
Reduced County Taxes
- Cut county taxes for Madison residents this year with more efficiency
